One price per package. Delivery and pickup inside the Des Moines metro and central Iowa are included, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Each package is sized to a typical home. No deposit, and delivery is free within 25 miles of Polk City. If you have a full basement or a packed garage, add a pack of 10 when you book.

    Covers accidental damage and loss: up to 10 totes per order, every lid, and the dolly. Without it, a tote is $25 and a lid is $10. Included free with the 4+ bedroom package.

  • Move-out clean

    A full move-out clean of the home you are leaving, by our cleaning partner once your totes are out: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, inside the fridge and oven. Ask for it in your order notes or call us, and they call to set the day. Booked and paid with them, not on this order.

  • Touch-up painting

    Free quote

    Nail holes, scuffs, and a wall or two before you hand over the keys. Our painting partner quotes it free. Ask in your order notes or call us, and they call you.

The only other fees

Most rentals never see any of these. They exist so the next customer gets a clean, complete set.

Pricing questions

What is included in every package?

Delivery to your current home, pickup from your new home, a 14 day rental, one 4-wheel tote dolly, lids, labels, and zip ties. Totes are washed and sanitized between every rental.

How long can I keep the totes?

Every package includes 14 days. If you need longer, add extra weeks when you book or call us during your rental. Plenty of customers keep them an extra week while they settle in.

What if a tote breaks or goes missing?

Normal wear is expected and never charged. A broken or missing tote is $25 to replace, a cracked or missing lid is $10, and a lost tote dolly is $75. The tote protection plan covers accidental damage and loss, up to 10 totes plus every lid and the dolly, for a flat $15, or $25 for 50 totes and up, and we recommend it. It comes free with the 4+ bedroom package.

How do I pay?

Online with any credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You pay once at booking and there is nothing due at delivery or pickup.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours or more before delivery for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we keep $35 for the scheduled route and refund the rest.
