Privacy

This is the short version, because there is not much to say. Last updated October 20, 2026.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery and pickup addresses, the dates you chose, and any notes you leave for the driver. When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it. When you call, our phone system records the call and a transcript so we can follow up on what you asked for.

What we do with it

• Deliver and pick up your totes, and text you about it.
• Send your confirmation, receipt, and any post-rental statement by email.
• Answer the question you asked.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes payment. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that part.
• Resend delivers our email.
• YesDesk answers our phone line and records calls so we can act on them.
• Google Analytics, if enabled, tells us which pages people visit. It does not see your order details.

How long we keep it

Order records stay in our system so we can handle a question about a past rental or a tax filing. Ask and we will delete anything not required for those.
