What you can count on
1
We deliver it ourselves
No contractor, no gig driver. The person who loads the van is the person who knocks on your door, and the same person comes back for pickup.
2
We answer the phone
(515) 555-0151 is answered 24 hours a day. Change a date, add totes, ask where the stack went. You get an answer, not a voicemail.
3
If something goes wrong, we fix it
A cracked tote is swapped on the next route. A late delivery gets a call before you have to make one. A clean you are not happy with gets redone.
